HUGH O'NEILL was born in the historic city of Belfast, Ireland in 1959. O'Neill began drawing and painting at an the early age .He studied Fine Arts at the established University of Ulster in Belfast City Ireland spending some of that time also studying in Nante and Paris, France.1985
